City of Norfolk Hiring Campaign

As the COVID-19 pandemic began to settle down, the City of Norfolk realized it had a massive staffing problem and came to us at Meridian Group to develop a dynamic hiring campaign to help fill the void. Acknowledging that many people who had been laid off during the pandemic just needed an opportunity to kick start their new careers, we leaned heavily into that messaging of Just Start and tied in bright eye catching visuals to intrigue audiences and drive new hiring. We flooded Norfolk and the surrounding cities of Virginia Beach, Portsmouth and Chesapeake with outdoor billboards and bus posters, as well as one of the most uniquely lightrail wraps that the city currently had running.
